Tasting Thursday: Chameleon IPA, Center Of The Universe Brewing Company

This week we try the Chameleon IPA from our friends at Center Of The Universe Brewing Company.

Alec: Hey guys, I’m Alec

Curt: And I’m Curt

Alec: And today for Tasting Thursday we are going to be trying the Chameleon IPA from our friends at Center Of The Universe Brewing Company in Ashland, Virginia.

Curt: It’s a fun IPA, the Chameleon they use different hop varieties every time they do this beer. This one has Blanco and Idaho-7 hops in it. So we are going to try it and tell you what we think.

Alec: Cheers!

Alec: You get the hops right away

Curt: Oh wow, that is hoppy!

Alec: That is a clean IPA

Curt: Yeah no doubt. It is a 6.8%, I believe is what it said. It is a middle of the road IPA, very straight forward so not to heavy. You do definitely get a good hop aroma from it when you take a sniff.

Alec: It is very tasty, and it is a beer where you could just have one or a couple and be fine.

Curt: If you get a chance, try out some stuff from Center of the Universe, try this beer or many of their other great beers. We would love to hear your feedback, and as always tune in next Thursday as we try another beer or cider and as always let us know what you think.

Alec: Thanks guys!
