Alec: Hey guys, I’m Alec
Curt: And I’m Curt
Alec: Today for tasting Thursday, we are going to be trying Liquid Karma from our friends at Southern Grist Brewing Company, in Nashville, Tennessee. Now this one is a 10% imperial sour ale, with a kicker, it is aged on 700 pounds of rainbow sour belt candy.
Curt: I’m a candy fan, but I have no idea what this is going to taste like.
Alec: It is bringing out the inner kid in us, we are very excited to try.
Curt: Oh boy!
Alec: We have a gusher.
Curt: There are actual sower pieces on the table. Let’s try it, cheers!
Alec: I feel like I’m back in second grade eating the rainbow sour belts.
Curt: I’ll be honest, it’s really good.
Alec: This is a phenomenal beer! Super good.
Curt: So it is aged on this, obviously they make the sower ale then aging it on this. Which is why they’re in the beer.
Alec: They taste delicious.
Curt: If you are looking for an interesting beer, this is the one. Well done Southern Grist this is a cool addition to their line up. We appreciate you tuning in, leave a comment if you have actually tried this beer, I know they just released it on Thanksgiving.
Alec: Hopefully it opened up better for you than us! Haha
Curt: Hey you know what, this is always fun.
Alec: We are still drinking
Curt: Tune in next Thursday as we try another one.
Alec: Cheers guys!
