Tip Tuesday: Knowledge Base Help Widget

On this week's Tip Tuesday, we take a look at how to use the Knowledge Base in Ekos.

Today’s tip is about a new feature on the Ekos home page that gives you direct access to our Knowledge Base. When on your home page, there is now a Help widget in the bottom right corner that lets you search and view instructional articles without ever leaving the page.

After clicking on the widget, a search bar will appear and allow you to enter keywords for the topic you’re interested in and a list of top articles will populate for you to select from.

You’re able to read through entire articles without navigating to another tab, allowing you to stay within the system. If you still have questions after searching in the widget, there is a Contact Us button available for you to contact our Support team directly with your issue.
