Ekos is on a mission to empower craft manufacturers all over the world to scale their businesses, streamline their processes, and optimize their teams. We’re looking for a data-driven, energetic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow. You will oversee Ekos’s digital initiatives and tools, and you will create the long-term vision for our digital programs.

As the owner of Ekos’s digital demand generation programs you will optimize and own the website, run effective acquisition programs, roll out marketing technology tools and develop measurement methodologies to showcase ROI.  

What you'd be doing:

  • Develop and execute a high-growth digital demand generation strategy to help meet customer acquisition and retention goals  
  • Own Ekos’s digital assets, including the website, and drive continuous optimization to increase visitor traffic and qualified leads conversion
  • Shape the SEO and SEM strategies to improve traffic and conversion to Ekos’s website
  • Select, implement and own the marketing automation toolset including a platform (such as Marketo, Pardot etc.)
  • Create effective marketing campaigns to acquire new leads and encourage ongoing engagement with visitors
  • Manage database and use segmentation to implement targeted campaigns
  • Conduct research and competitive website audits, and leverage analytics to identify ways to improve Ekos’s digital presence
  • Manage the inbound inquiries funnel and establish processes to automate it and make it more efficient
  • Conduct ongoing testing to continuously improve the performance of marketing programs
  • Analyze and track key metrics, and obsess over how to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Constantly collaborate with other marketing team members, sales, product and customer success peers to identify lead generation campaigns and opportunities for pipeline acceleration  
  • Manage budget for digital programs and tools

What we'd like to see:

Basic Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B digital demand generation experience
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing a leading marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
  • Hands-on experience with CSM platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow etc.)
  • Proven track record of managing high-growth digital marketing programs and being responsible for driving ROI on marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-based decision making
  • Able to work from our Charlotte, NC headquarters
