Pacific Northwest brewery grows software adoption to include business management software Ekos

North Jetty Brewing uses Ekos to streamline accounting processes and improve cross-departmental communication

SEAVIEW, WASH. (June 21, 2022) — Washington-based North Jetty Brewing is using business management software Ekos to increase efficiencies across the brewery, improve inventory and accounting processes, and boost visibility.

Erik Svendsen, co-founder of North Jetty Brewing, says the team looked for a solution that would help the brewery manage growth and improve its inventory processes. Plus, the integration Ekos has with QuickBooks sealed the deal for Erik, who is also a CPA.

“As the owner and as a CPA, a lot of my time was tied up making sure QuickBooks was accurate. This daily busy work took me away from what should be my main job: running the company,” Erik said. “The Ekos and QuickBooks integration puts me back into a supervisor and steering role versus day-to-day data entry.”

Erik and the North Jetty team are looking forward to improving the business’s standard operating procedures for raw materials inventory handling, production, ordering, and invoicing in Ekos.
