How do I access Ekos Order Hub?
At this time, you need an invitation from a supplier to start using Ekos Order Hub. Make sure to ask your suppliers to invite you — if they haven’t already! Once your supplier starts using the hub, you’ll receive an email with instructions to sign in to the system and create an account.
Why should I use Ekos Order Hub?
Ekos Order Hub helps to streamline the ordering process by showing available inventory and product descriptions in one system. You can easily select the products you want to order, be sure that there is enough available inventory, and choose a delivery date. Then, the supplier can accept or change the order and all communication takes place within the hub.
Where do I go if I need technical support?
Your suppliers who invited you will provide an FAQ document that will help you use Ekos Order Hub. If you need additional help, please reach out directly to your Ekos Order Hub suppliers.
