Ekos Connect Referral Program Terms and Conditions 

Eligibility: This program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are citizens of the United States. There is no limit to the number of introductions an individual can make. 

Referral Reward: For each introduction to a prospect that leads to a successful sale and contract signing with Ekos, the referring party will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card (“Referral Reward”). 

Claiming the Referral Reward: The Referral Reward will be issued to the referring party within 30 days following the successful contract signature with the new Ekos customer. 

Unlimited Referrals with Tax Provision: Participants in the program may introduce multiple prospects. Each successful introduction leading to a sale will qualify for its own Referral Reward. Participants may be required to provide a validly filled out W-9 in order to receive their reward. All rewards and related income tax obligations are the responsibility of the participant. 

Referral Expiration: The introduction and potential reward will expire if the prospect does not sign a contract with Ekos within 90 days of the introduction. The referring party will not be eligible for the Referral Reward if the contract is not signed within this timeframe. 

Program Duration: The Ekos Connect Referral Program is initially valid until 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2024. However, the program duration is subject to change at Ekos’ discretion. 

Approval of Rewards: All rewards are subject to approval by Ekos. Ekos reserves the right to deny the issuance of a reward if the sale does not meet the eligibility criteria or the terms of the program. 

Referral Process: Introductions must be made using the official process as specified by Ekos. To be eligible for the Referral Reward, Ekos must not be in active conversations with the prospect about the same product or service. Additionally, the prospect must validate the introduction when we reach out to them. 

First Come, First Serve Basis: If a prospect is introduced by multiple referrers, the Referral Reward will be granted to the first referring party based on the time-stamp of the introduction submission. 

General Conditions: Ekos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice. Participation in the program is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. Ekos may also disqualify any participant at any time from participation in the program if they do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. 

Miscellaneous: This program is void where prohibited by law. The Referral Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Participants are responsible for any tax implications resulting from the Referral Reward.
