CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 5, 2022) — Birdsong Brewing Company, a founding member of the Queen City’s booming craft brewery scene, is now using brewery management software Ekos to streamline all facets of their business.

Birdsong is one of Charlotte’s most established breweries that opened its doors in 2011. Tara and her husband, Chris, opened Birdsong when the pair decided they needed to step back from their careers and pursue something joyful. Luckily, Tara’s coworker, head brewer Conor Robinson, had started home brewing as a side hobby. The trio delved into research and brewing and created what is now a 6,000 bbl production brewery focused on giving back to the community and caring for the environment.
Tara says the team is excited to utilize Ekos’s specialized reporting features, production capabilities and modern inventory management system.
